PAYMENT: In-person payment is received via cash, money order, check, or payment by credit card through Paypal online. Distance sessions will be charged to a credit card via Paypal online at http://www.paypal.com, or receipt by mail of a money order or cashier's check, before the appointment.

FILL OUT: Please Click Here to fill out the Confidential Client Information Form that you need to fill out and return to me before your session.  Click Here to fill out the Energy Center Questionnaire to be filled out before your session.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to establish a business relationship, the distance session fee needs to be received before our first session.

CANCELLATION: Please note there's a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. In the event you need to change your appointment, I would appreciate as much notice as possible. If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours, you will be charged for that time, unless there is someone who can readily fill that spot.  To cancel a session you, the client, will call me to cancel.

EXTRA TIME: Between our sessions, you may have questions or comments that you would like to share with me. Please feel free to contact me. This is part of the service that I provide. I do ask that, if possible, you keep it to the 5-10 minute mark. If you feel you need more than that amount of time, we can schedule an appointment in order to meet your needs.
